On the 14th of March 1879 Albert Einstein was born in Ulm, which was in the German Empire. He is regarded as one of the most influential scientists ever, some of his most famous contributions to the world of science were from his Special and General Theory's of Relativity.

I think most readers of my Blog will know my interests in Physics and these theory's, so I wont bore people with the details, though without his work and contributions to the scientific community, the world we live in would be a very different place. If anyone thinks they don't know any of Einstein's 's work, im sure everybody knows the famous equation E=MC2, if you want to learn a bit more about this and his other work, here are some Wiki links.

On Sunday the 14th of March it is Mothers Day in the UK, I thought I would mention this one first, to give those who have forgotten plenty of time to go out, buy a card and order some flowers.

Don’t forget to go see (or at least call) your Mom on Sunday and wish her a Happy Mothers Day.

The 14th of March this year is a big day with lots going on, too much to Blog about all in one go… so over the next week each day I will be doing a Blog about one of the things happening on the 14th, so stay tuned all week to see what’s coming up.

You probably remember OK Go’s last music video, and if you haven’t seen it, you will have seen a parody of it at least, Treadmills, need I say more? Well this is there new video, its one of these continuous shots of some form of Wallace and Grommet invention, similar to some of the old car adverts.

Its quite cool anyway, so well worth a watch.

I have started using DropBox recently, its a great little tool for backing up your important documents, as well as being able to access your files from multiple computers.

Its really simple to use, simple go to DropBox, sign up (its Free) and download the file, install that, and your good to go.

You will notice a new folder called "My DropBox" inside your "My Documents" folder, and to use DropBox you simply put the files you want to sync, into the folder. That's it, it does everything else for you.

If you have DropBox on multiple computers it will then automatically sync the files between them, and if your out and about you can log onto the website and download any files you need from your DropBox directly from there website.

If you sign up using one of the links on my site, you will get an extra 250mb on top of the 2GB you get free (oh, and I will also get an extra 250mb). As I said, its free, so you may as well give it a wirl.
